The views from the balcony were breathtaking, providing a perfect vantage point for the morning sunrise. The restaurant served light salads that were fresh and flavorful, complementing satisfying main dishes. Staff friendliness added to the welcoming atmosphere, although the decor felt a bit dated in places, which might not suit everyone's taste. Accessibility to local attractions was excellent, and the indoor pool, while inviting, could get crowded during peak hours.

My partner and I stayed for two nights, and the location was perfect for accessing paragliding just a short walk away. Our Superior Twin Room with Garden View was spacious, and the stunning mountain scenery made our stay truly special. We particularly enjoyed the culinary experience, especially the dinners served on the terrace, which showcased local flavors and stunning views of the mountains. The wellness area, including the indoor pool, was a fantastic way to unwind after our adventures.

The wellness facilities feature a nice, clean spa area that adds a touch of relaxation, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel's eclectic decor gives a unique flair, making each room a conversation starter.
Breakfast choices felt limited, with a hard stop at 10 AM that leaves little room for late risers. The location is slightly out of the bustling center, requiring a walk uphill to the main lifts and gondolas, potentially testing the resolve of tired hikers. A broken elevator on the last day made for a slight inconvenience when checking out, dragging down the overall convenience of an otherwise pleasant stay.

perfectly situated near stunning attractions and cozy restaurants
I absolutely loved staying here for 4 nights as the hotel had a super rich buffet breakfast with high-quality food. It was only a few steps to the Firstbahn cable car that takes you directly to amazing hiking trails and views of the Eiger mountain range, making my morning strolls a delightful adventure.

Fantastic stay! The stunning mountain views from my balcony were breathtaking, perfect for morning coffee or watching sunsets. The location made it easy to access the First gondola and nearby amenities. I appreciated the generous breakfast spread, offering fresh local pastries and a variety of hot options. Friendly staff made me feel welcome, especially during breakfast, where their attentiveness shone. The spa facilities were a pleasant surprise, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day of hiking. I found the beds too firm. it took some adjustment to get comfortable. There were also a few hot water availability issues during peak times, which could be frustrating to unwind after a day exploring. Minor maintenance in the bathroom could enhance the overall comfort. The hotel is slightly out of the central hustle, so be prepared for a bit of a walk, especially after a long day on the slopes. Still, I'd recommend this hotel for the views and cozy atmosphere.

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff were exceptional and treated us like royalty, making sure every tiny detail was covered. Plus, the breathtaking views made each meal feel like a scene from a movie.
Trying to navigate my way through the broken elevator was more of a workout than I bargained for! And don’t even get me started on that firm mattress—it felt like I was camping on a yoga mat!
